Our Mission at Reebok CrossFit Asphodel is to provide you with the environment, instruction and motivation to exceed your personal fitness goals. This is your gym and we strive to make everyone’s experience a great one.
Reebok CrossFit Asphodel wants to train anyone who is willing to show up and work. Is that you? Our coaches and trainers can scale every workout to meet your current skill level and fitness needs.
You will not spend 30 minutes on a treadmill going nowhere and then another 30 minutes on a machine circuit. Instead you will learn the proper way to lift objects off the floor, squat, do a pull up and lift objects overhead…. Why? Because it works!
CrossFit is a fitness regimen based on constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. First we will make sure that you are performing the movement safely, then we will make you are able to perform the movements consistently, then you will be able to perform these movements with intensity. All our workouts and movements are universally scale-able which means that anyone can become CrossFit regardless of current ability. The intensity asked of our athletes is relative to each individual and will differ accordingly throughout your CrossFit journey. At Reebok CrossFit Asphodel we make the program work for all.
You will develop your capacity in all aspects of fitness (e.g. balance, strength, endurance, coordination) so that no matter what life or sport throws at you, you will not only cope, but excel.

WHAT’S DIFFERENT BETWEEN CROSSFIT AND OTHER GYMS?
- For starters, CrossFit is done in a group environment because countless amounts of research prove that working out in groups results in YOU doing better than you would alone.
- There is always a skilled, qualified trainer (“coach”) making sure that you perform the movements safely and to the best of your ability (so it’s like Personal Training, but with better coaches and much less expensive).
- The workouts are designed with YOU in mind and combine movements that will get you in shape faster and better than you can following any other workout program.
