A. 30 minute AMRAP of Wall Ball Shots, Running, Rowing, and more

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 30 minutes:
50 Wall Ball Shots @ 9/6 kg
Run 400 meters
30 Calories of Rowing
20 Power Cleans @ 60/43 kg
10 Bar Muscle-Ups

In teams of two complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes. Partition reps as needed between the pair. Both team mates need to complete the run.
