Every 1 minute, for 10 minutes (10 sets):
Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

Start at around 70% of your Power Clean and build.

B. 3 Rounds For Time of Squat Cleans and Russian Kettlebell Swings

3 Rounds for Time:
3 Squat Cleans @ 90/60 kg
20 Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 32/24 kg

Today's WOD is a lot of grip with a heavy barbell! The barbell will be heavy and all singles. The goal is to be able to move smooth through them, but they are real work! Your goal is to be under 8 minutes here!
