A. 10 Rounds For Time of Weighted Pull-Ups, Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans, and Burpees

In teams of 2:

10 Rounds for Time:
6 Weighted Pull-Ups @ 20/12 kg
12 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans @ 22.5/15 kg
24 Burpees

Alternate exercises per round:

Partner A: 6 weighted pull ups then
Partner B: 12 DB Hang Power Cleans then
Partner A: 24 Burpees
Partner B: 6 Weighted Pull Ups etc………

B. Side Plank Hold on Forearm 1 x 60 Seconds

Side Plank Hold on Forearm for 1 minute

Accumulate 60 seconds per side

C. Hollow Body Hold 1 x 120 Seconds

Hollow Body Hold for 2 minutes

Accumulate 2 minutes

D. Front Leaning Rest 1 x 180 Seconds

Front Leaning Rest for 3 minutes

Accumulate 3 minutes
